One of Chizipoms great deals is the shipping! Order $35 and up and the shipping price is free for U.S and $13.00 flat rate worldwide. For more information please read our Shipping policy

We are happy to exchange any items within 30 days of receipt. Simply email or call us to let us know which item you would like to change. We ask that your item be in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping is your expense. The original cost of the shipping is not refundable. Please refer to our 30 Day Return Policy for further details.

We Apologize in for this error. Please contact us immediately and we will ship you the correct item including a prepaid envelope so you can return the wrong item.

We double check our orders before shipment but sometimes we make a mistake. If we made an error please contact us immediately to report the problem. We will send you the missing item immediately. If an item has a defect please let us know if you want us to ship a new item or issue a refund.

Our hats are great gift ideas. Your order from Chizipoms are delicately wrapped with pink ribbon for the girls or blue ribbon for the boys. Just include the recipient’s address along with any special message. We will attach a small gift card to the gift your name and message. The receipt is not included in gifts.

Please send an inquiry to “cancel order” in contact us form immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed, there is no way to stop the shipment. You should Return the item for refund or exchange. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Please check our return policy.
